Hathaways Period Houses
What started merely as an interest in fine Period buildings is now a
passion. Our success in selling and acquiring these masterpieces is
partly attributable to our enthusiasm for the character of the
architecture and all it represents.
A small team within
Hathaways has built up detailed knowledge of Period Houses in and
around the Westminster and St James’s Park areas. The earliest we
have dealt with is a pair of exquisite 1685 houses and the latest a
bespoke town house built for an Admiral in 1929. Sizes vary from
c2,000 to c10,000 sq ft and prices from £1,500,000 to £9,000,000.
